In 2005, Hank and Bonnie Steele moved to the magical Coachella Valley for what Hank thought would be his retirement to a life of golf, service to important causes and reading all the bestsellers.
Meanwhile, Bonnie got busy right away putting her past experience to work as an agent/broker in the New York City/Connecticut suburban real estate market together with her background in design, marketing and public relations to build a new “constituency” and business here in the Coachella Valley. She has over 20 years experience in marketing and public relations plus 13 in the real estate industry.
As Bonnie’s real estate business grew, Hank couldn’t resist the challenge of assisting her on her marketing and sales campaigns . . . he had discovered there is a limit to how much golf one can play. Hank designed and executed the marketing programs and handled day-to-day site management of their listings along with supporting aspects of the sales process for buyers. Their efforts paid off and their business continues to grow and Hank is again a licensed Realtor playing a vital role in keeping their promise of "white glove service" to clients.
Hank comes to his role well-acquainted with the industry. As part of his successful career in public relations and marketing –- Johns Hopkins University, The Smithsonian Institution, San Diego State University and several national and regional consulting firms -- he also had a lucrative career as a Realtor/trainer and investor in Westchester County, NY, and in the Golden Isles of GA -– Jekyll Island, St. Simons Island and Sea Island.
